Complete and send to the Club Secretary or Treasurer with your payment.
Existing Member Fees 2009.
To take advantage of the £5 reduction per member, please return payment to the Club Secretary or Treasurer. before 30 April 2008. Cheques should be made payable to Falkirk Lawn tennis Club.

Retired and over 60
Family membership - When both Parents or the only Parent in a one Parent
Household is a Member; Intermediate and/or Junior children shall be charged
half the normal rate.
